This recipe is dedicated to all you Hamppufarm lovers! The instructions are enough for the whole weekend and for several gourmets. Besides, this is gluten free!
120 g butter
100 g coconut sugar + 3 tablespoons for flouring the pan
1 dl gluten-free flour mix
1 dl cocoa powder
1 dl Hemppufarm's peeled hemp seeds + 3 tablespoons for flouring the pan
2 cl Brandy or Jalovin (can be replaced with fresh orange juice)
1/2 baking powder
Choose the chocolate into fair and coarse pieces. Melt the butter until runny in the microwave, let it cool slightly.
Mix the dry ingredients together: cocoa powder, gluten-free flour mixture and baking powder. Strain to remove lumps.
Grease a baking dish and dust with peeled hemp seeds and coconut sugar.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and beat lightly. This is not intended to foam, light mixing is enough.
Add while mixing for each ingredient: first melted butter, then Jalovin or other fortification, and finally the dry ingredients mixture. Add the hemp seeds and chocolate.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured baking dish.
Cook in a 175 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving. The cooled brownie is easy to cut into pieces. When warm, it can be spooned directly into a serving bowl.
