14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products. This also applies to discounted products.

Unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned. The right of withdrawal does not apply to food, animal feed or cosmetics whose sealed packaging has been opened, as they cannot be resold for hygiene and health reasons. You can cancel an unused gift card within 14 days of purchase.

How to return a product

1. Tell us within 14 days of receiving the products by emailing info@hamppufarmi.fi. Include your name, order number and the products you are returning.
2. Send the products within 14 days of your notice to:
   Murtolan HamppuFarmi Oy, Murtolantie 150, 32300 Mellilä, Finland
3. Include your name and order number in the parcel.

Return shipping costs

The customer pays the cost of return shipping. If a product is faulty or damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return costs.

Refunds

We refund the price of the products and the original delivery cost (based on our cheapest delivery option) no later than 14 days after your cancellation notice, to the payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back.

Faulty or damaged products

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If a product is faulty, damaged or wrong, contact us as soon as possible at info@hamppufarmi.fi, preferably with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you. If the parcel was damaged in transit, please also file a claim with the carrier.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the original product and place a new order.
