5 dl hemp milk: (1.5 dl hemp seeds from HamppuFarm + 5 dl water)
3 dl wheat flour
1 dl corn flour
2 tbsp hemp groats from HamppuFarm
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of hemp oil from HamppuFarm
Make hemp milk from hemp seeds and water in a blender or smoothie maker.
Combine the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add hemp milk. You don't need to strain the milk, you can put the seed mass of the milk into the dough. Finally, add the hemp oil and mix well.
Let it stand for half an hour before baking the waffles.
Serve with a good jam
You can make the waffles gluten-free by replacing the wheat flour with a gluten-free flour mixture.
