Guide for two
Peel the bananas and split lengthwise. Bread the banana halves with peeled hemp seeds.
Put coconut oil in a frying pan, fry the spread bananas on medium heat, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon/cardamom for seasoning. Carefully turn the bananas in the pan so they don't split during frying. Fry until crispy golden brown, but don't burn them.
Cocoa sauce:
This can be done well in advance. The instructions are enough for a couple of uses or for four people.

Cocoa sauce:
This can be done well in advance. The instructions are enough for a couple of uses or for four people.
- 1 dl water
- 1 dl sugar
- 0.5 dl cocoa powder
- a pinch of hemp groats, vanilla sugar or chili for seasoning. (For an adult taste, a splash of rum is also good)
Cook the ingredients over low heat, stirring occasionally with a whisk, so that the sauce thickens until the water evaporates, the cocoa powder cooks and the sauce becomes slightly syrupy. N 15 - 20 minutes is enough.
Serve Hamppubanskus warm directly from the pan, pour warm cocoa sauce on top and add your ice cream to your taste. Vegan blackcurrant ice cream is perfect!
