A little hemp delicacy
This is a protein-rich little alternative snack that is palatable for all
ages. Serve on its own as a snack or sprinkle, for example, on top of a salad.
1 dl shelled hemp seeds
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
Roast the hemp seeds in a frying pan until they start to take on a little color.
Take the pan off the stove and add the soy sauce and honey, stirring quickly.
Spread the seeds on a flat plate and let cool.
