Hemp Protein bars (about 15 pcs.)

Dry mixture:
160 g pumpkin seeds
100 g coconut flakes
80 g HempFarm's hemp seeds
50 g HempFarm's Acid protein or hemp groats
50 g chia seeds
Liquid mixture:
25 pcs fresh dates
(remove stones)
1.5 dl melted coconut oil
(1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
0.5 dl oatmeal
2 tbsp poppy seeds
Combine the dry ingredients and crush them one at a time in a food processor or with a stick blender.
The texture should remain crumbly. Place the mixture in a bowl and set aside. Combine the liquid ingredients in a food processor,
or in a bowl if using a stick blender. Puree. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry mixture, add the oatmeal and poppy seeds and mix well. Spread the dough on the baking sheet on the baking paper. Press the dough to compact it.
Chill in the fridge for about half an hour. Cut into bars, wrap them in paper and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
