Valentine's Day hemp chocolate brownie!

Ystävänpäivän hamppuinen suklaabrownie!
This recipe is dedicated to all you Hamppufarmi fans. The instructions are enough for the whole weekend and for several gourmets. Besides, this is gluten free!
Note! Production instructions in captions. Below is the recipe.
  • 120 g of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g coconut sugar
  • 1 dl gluten-free flour mix (semper)
  • 1 dl cocoa powder
  • 1 dl shelled hemp seeds
  • 150 g of dark chocolate
  • 2 cl Noble wine
  • half a teaspoon of baking powder
Cooking in a 175 degree oven for approx. 15-20 minutes, depending on the oven. Allow the brownies to cool slightly before serving.
For example, serve with cherry jam and vanilla ice cream.
A drop of brandy or Jalovina is good for brownie dough. Please remember to use chocolate that is as dark as possible and from a fairer production.
Choose the chocolate into fair and coarse pieces.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and beat lightly. This is not intended to be foamed, like cake batters. Mixing is enough.
Melt the butter until runny in the microwave. Pour the melted butter into the mass and mix.
Add Jalovin or other similar fortification.
Mix cocoa powder, gluten-free flour mixture and baking powder together. Pour the mixture through a sieve into the dough and mix.
More hemp seeds..
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour the dough into a greased baking dish. The baking dish is floured with peeled hemp seeds and coconut sugar.
Cook in a 175 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving. The cooled brownie is easy to cut into pieces. When warm, it can be spooned directly into the serving bowl.

Roasted hemp seeds as a hearty decoration.
Happy Valentine's Day! 14.2.
