Banana - hemp bread

Banaani - hamppuleipä
It would be nice to go to Hawaii or somewhere else warm right now. Longing for a long time struck. I remember eating banana bread in Maui in 2000. A little girl sold it in front of her house, baked by herself and made from her own bananas. At least that's what I was told.
So let's test Banana - hemp bread! It's really quick to prepare and also suitable for vegans and gluten-free diets!
A perfect and healthy snack, for example with cream cheese or with morning coffee. Of course, it's best when warm: let it cool slightly on a wire rack after removing from the oven. When cooled, you can cut into slices and roast or fry in a pan like poor knights.
Manufacturing instructions in captions. Nothing but ripe bananas to buy and the oven to just under two hundred!
Need:
  • 2.2 dl gluten-free flour mixture, e.g. Semper Fin Mix
  • 1.5 dl of oatmeal
  • a good half desi Hemp protein
  • a good half a desi of red hemp groats
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of cloves, cinnamon and ginger
  • 5 - 6 ripe bananas, depending on size. The riper and darker the better!
  • about half a desi coconut fat
In a pan: coconut fat, gluten-free breadcrumbs and peeled hemp seeds.
Ps.. Of course, you can also make a less gluten-free version of this and use, for example, spelled flour and regular breadcrumbs.

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Mash the ripe bananas with a masher
Stir in the coconut fat. It should be heated to a slightly runny state.
Mix the ingredients together. Banana pulp for dry ingredients.

Tip: If you want, you can also add dried fruit, berries or dark chocolate pieces to the dough!
Grease the pan with coconut fat and bread with the breadcrumbs-hemp seed mixture.
Let the dough rest for a while.
Place the dough in a baking dish and bake for approx. 30 minutes in a low 200 degree oven on the middle level.
Happy reunion. Oven-fresh banana bread. Now enriched with hemp!
Let cool slightly, cut into slices and enjoy!
