The soft taste of hemp seeds is really suitable for anything, for example these
nutritious oatmeal cookies.
2 dl shelled hemp seeds
2 dl oatmeal
2 dl sugar or Indian sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 tbsp spelled- or wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
100 g butter
2 eggs

Mix the dry ingredients together, melt the butter and mix it into the dry ingredients. Finally, add the eggs. Place small balls of the dough on the baking sheet far enough apart, because the cookies will spread widely. Bake in a 200 ˚C oven (convection air 180–190 ˚C) for about 7 minutes until the cookies are nicely colored.
