2.5 dl hemp milk (1 ¼ dl hemp seeds / 3.5 dl water)
150 g creme fraiche
100 g chocolate (milk chocolate)
1 grated lemon peel and juice
1 gelatin leaf
Hemp milk: put water in a blender and hemp seeds on top. Blend for at least 30 seconds to form a light sake drink.
Soak the gelatin leaf in cold water.
Combine hemp milk, chocolate, lemon peel and juice in a saucepan.
Heat until the chocolate melts. Add the gelatin and stir until the gelatin melts.
Stir in the creme fraiche and portion into serving dishes.
Let it set in the cold for a few hours before serving.
